I love trying different recipes with Salmon. Here is an easy and delicious one for you to try!
2 pounds fresh salmon
1/2 cup ground pistachios
1 cup panic bread crumbs
6 sprigs of thyme chopped
zest of one orange
Ruccello olive oil as needed
Mix top five ingredients. Add enough olive oil to bind ingredients. Pat salmon and place on oiled being pan or BBQ pan dry then season with salt and garlic powder. Top with crust mixture and pat out to cover the entire piece of salmon.
Baking: Preheat oven to 350 F. Place salmon in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of salmon. internal temperature should reach 145 F.
Kettle BBQ: Prepare briquets. Place salmon pan on grill and grill for around 6-8 minutes without turning.
