This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed from Koroneiki olives from the slopes of Mount Taygetus located in the South of the Peloponnese east of Kalamata. These oils are ideal for fresh salads, grilled fish, white meat, raw sauces, pasta and vegetables. This olive oil is PDO certified which means “Protected Designation of Origin which is awarded, by the EU, only to the highest quality oils.
This olive oil has a medium intensity with a mild finish. It’s also great for frying and baking.
