I love finding articles that can supplement my life. I just recently had my bone density test done. The results were not so good. I don’t have osteoporosis but I am close. It’s a little scary. So, I am upping my weight-bearing exercises, increased my calcium and vitamin D and if I adhere to the Mediterranean Diet, which includes exercise, maybe I can re-mineralize my bones and reverse what’s been done. I’m gonna try!
