Around 25 years ago, I used to work with a woman named Sharon who was (and still is) a fabulous cook. At a potluck, she brought these Nuclear Shrimp.  They were amazing!  I asked for the recipe and have made these shrimps over the years.  I hope you like it – they are spicy!!

Ingredients:

2 lbs Shrimp

2 tsp vinegar

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp pickle relish

1 tsp mustard

1 tsp red pepper flakes

½ Tabasco

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup extra virgin Olive Oil

2 TBS minced green onions

¾ tsp each of:

white pepper

pepper

cayenne pepper

dill weed

celery salt

diced rosemary

salt

 

Combine and refrigerate for 1 hour

Cook on the stove top on medium-low until the shrimp turn pink – about 3 -5 minutes.
