1 bag of Mixed Greens
Thin slices of Persimmons – quartered
Candied Pumpkin seeds or pecans
Blue or gorgonzola cheese (goat cheese also works)
Add the mixed greens to your salad plate and add the fruit, seeds, and cheese to your taste. Drizzle with dressing.
