What is your return policy?
Ensuring that our products arrive in the best condition is very important to us! If you have any questions about the characteristics of your olive oil, please let me know. I’d be happy to talk to you. Positive attributes of a high-quality olive oil are bitterness and pungency (spicy). It’s quite different from most off the shelf olive oil. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any Ruccello Olive Oil product, please contact roseanne@ruccellooliveoil.com within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly issue a credit or replace the product.

Can you find a specific olive oil for me?
We love to hear the stories of your trips around the world and we will consider adding your requested oil to our store. Our customers make great recommendations but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to. We will, however, make recommendations of oils that may be similar.
